Mr. Travis Hall
Mr. Hall was born and raised in Parrottsville. He attended Parrottsville Elementary and Cocke County High School. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees from East Tennessee State University and his Specialist in Education degree from Lincoln Memorial University. He and his wife, Haley, live in Parrottsville and have a son, Brooks, and a daughter, Tylee. He loves sports and being outside. Teaching at Parrottsville is his dream job and he loves being a Parrott!

She also has a Master's degree from Tusculum and a Educational Specialist degree from Lincoln Memorial. She and her husband, Brett, have 5 children, Kate, Loretta, Abe, Ella Beth & Reid. She loves to run as a hobby. She and her family live in Parrottsville.

Mrs. Coffey is the school's secretary. She has a great husband, two wonderful daughters, and two unbelievable grandsons. She loves to play piano for Antioch Baptist Church. She also loves to crochet, sew, and cross-stitch.

Mrs. Roach graduated with a bachelor's degree from East Tennessee State University in May 2003. She began teaching at Parrottsville Elementary in August 2003. She completed her master's degree in May 2009.
She is married to Tim Roach, and they have three children: Emily, Drew and Brycen. Her husband, Tim, is the pastor at Limestone FWB Church, and her family is very active in many church activities. She enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Watts has been a teacher going on four years. She lives in Newport with her amazing husband, Ben Watts, and her two wonderful boys, Ben and Jackson. She enjoys playing bluegrass music with her dad, Wayne, and family friend, Tye. Her family enjoys hunting and football. Mrs. Watts attended college at Tusculum. Her passion is teaching, and she desires to help students become successful learners.

Mrs. Markeyla Davis
Mrs. Davis grew up in Parrottsville. She is a triplet and has two sisters. She also has one brother. She graduated from East Tennessee State University with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. This is her second year teaching first grade. She is married to Nick Davis and they have one son named Hudson. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Mrs. Ottinger taught preschool for 15 years at NGS. She graduated in December of 2014 from WGU with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mrs. Ottinger has lived in Parrottsville, TN with her wonderful husband, Mike, for 28 years. She has two grown beautiful daughters, Chelsea and Casie. She loves to spend time with family. She also enjoys working with students and being able to encourage them to build their educational knowledge to pursue their dreams. Mrs. Ottinger feels blessed and honored to have the opportunity to work at Parrottsville Elementary School.

Mrs. Wyatt attended East Tennessee State University and graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Education and will be working toward her Master’s in Administration this year. She will be starting her 5th year of teaching this year, having previously taught, Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade, with this being her first year in 3rd! Mrs. Wyatt grew up in Parrottsville and continues to live here and love it now. She is married to her husband, Seth and she has a son named Levi. In her time outside of school, you will find her at church, coaching basketball or spending time with family. Working at Parrottsville is a dream and she can’t wait to continue her career here for a very long time!

Mrs. Melissa Webb
Mrs. Webb began teaching at Parrottsville in 1997. She is currently teaching 3rd Grade. Her degrees include an Associate of Science, Bachelor of Arts, and Master of Arts in elementary education. She also has a Specialist in Education degree in Administration and Supervision. She is married to Scottie Webb and has one daughter, Savannah. In her spare time, Mrs. Webb enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Between degrees, he worked at CF group for 17 years. This will be Mr. Roberts third year working at Parrottsville Elementary. Mr. Roberts has a passion for sports and has coached the CCHS Freshman basketball team for four years. He and his wife, Nichole, have 2 children, Eli & Ella. On most days you can find him at practice, on the sideline of a sporting event or outdoors with his family.

She is married to Josh Hill and they have three children: Brandi, Taylor, and Caitlynn. Her hobbies include spending time with her family and pets, as well as reading and traveling. Mrs. Hill and her family have two dogs, a cat, a horse and some chickens. Mrs. Hill is a Veteran. She served in the U.S. Army for four years. During that time she was stationed at Fort Bragg in North Carolina, Fort Polk in Louisiana, and Camp Casey in South Korea.

Mr. Metcalf is extremely happy to be joining Parrottsville Elementary after retiring from Greene County Schools having taught Math, Science, Social Studies, and middle school Career and Technical Education. Mr. Metcalf is also a proud veteran serving in the Air Force from 1981-86. Mr. Metcalf is married to Kim (Smith) Metcalf, a teacher at Cosby High School. He has three grown sons and three grandchildren.

She has a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in English and a post-bachelor's degree from Western Governor's University in Elementary Education. She finished her Master's Degree in Elementary Education in the summer of 2018. Ms. Mason has lived in Parrottsville for 15 years and considers it home sweet home! She has one son, Nate. She and Nate love to spend time with their family in Murfreesboro and Maryland as well as traveling to the beach. Ms. Mason enjoys spending time with and supporting her Parrottsville Elementary family.

He has a fun classroom atmosphere where students can engage in math and become mature students at Parrottsville School.

Ms. Fine attended East Tennessee State University, where she completed her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 2019. She taught 3rd grade for three years, until she received her Special Education Endorsement through Trevecca Nazarene University in 2022. She was born and raised in Cocke County. In her spare time you will find her traveling, participating in anything outdoor related, and spending time with her niece and nephew.

Mr. Self is a former Parrottsville Parrott and graduated from ETSU in 2023 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. His goal is to bring a high quality Physical Education experience to each student at Parrottsville. Mr. Self enjoys playing guitar and hanging out with his 2 dogs, Murph and Sadie. Mr. Self currently lives in Talbott with his wife Chrissy. "I am very lucky to be here at Parrottsville."

Mrs. Williams teaches General Music at three elementary schools (Parrottsville, Northwest, and Del Rio). She attended Walters State Community College and East Tennessee State University, receiving an Associate of Science degree in 1998 and a Bachelor of Music degree in 2000. She is married to Tim Williams, and they have one daughter, Carly Ann. Outside of school, Mrs. Williams enjoys spending time with her family, staying active in her church, and working with lots of animals, especially goats, on the family farm.
